Lettuce wrap burgers are the new in thing for reducing carbs. They’re quite enjoyable, just not a whole split head of lettuce.
As for chocolate covered pickles not gonna eat those.

I’ve eaten chocolate-covered pickles before, and they’re delicious. The only problem I see with that iceberg sandwich is I couldn’t get a bite with a bit of everything.
